Plan #2 - Fixed Price Contract - $3.199
Plan #3 - Capped Price Contract - $3.199 Plus Program Fee
- $99 Cap Program Fee Under 1,000 Gallons of Annual Usage
- $199 Cap Program Fee 1,000 gallons and Over of Annual Usage
